Eco Petite’s Story

Behind each sustainable brand is a story and a passionate owner. Daphne Orlando, a professional medical illustrator, started the brand out of a creative passion project, fueled by necessity. Inspired after listening to a podcast by Rigoberta Menchu Tum she quickly began her second career.

While it was easy to find second-hand children’s clothing and ethical brands fashion for men, Daphne struggled to find options suitable for herself. This left Daphne with a dilemma, should she resort to questionable brands or take her wardrobe into her own hands and start sewing?

Luckily, Daphne is a quality seamstress starting from college, and began receiving compliments on her sustainable clothing for Petites. After this feedback started rolling in, the Eco Petites mission was born.
