FAQ

Before you dive in, we simply want to THANK YOU. Now, if you're curious to learn more...

GENERAL

⇒What does the GH stand for?

Green Haven. Its a neighborhood in the founders hometown! More importantly, it references our home, Earth, our Green Haven

⇒How do you ensure the brands you support are sustainable?

Extensive research, meetings with the company. They're typically small batch lines or small business owners we meet at local pop-ups, which is exactly what we are looking for!

⇒What is your goal?

To make sustainable fashion affordable, to support our environment, to empower USA brands that are trying to do good in the world through recyclable fabrics and fair wages, to provide clothing that fits to the petite & lean community.

⇒Do you have a physical location?

Its not in our plans to open a physical location. We find we can better serve our customers by remaining an online retailer and are happy to explore a location in the very distant future.

There aren't a lot of petite brands. Do you know why?
Its a complicated answer. Shopping can be difficult for anyone that doesn't have the standard frame. The founder does not and was fed up with brands not meeting the need of a petite or leaned framed person. The team at GH Threads went on a hunt and discovered that it wasn't easy to find, in particular, sustainable petite brands. We also didn't want to discriminate against any body type, so we are expanding sizes. Either way, we hope you enjoy these brands as much as we do!

⇒Will you manufacture your own USA line?

Our primary goal is to support other sustainable USA brands that are paving the way for future generations. We won't shy away from solving a problem, if need be.

⇒Has the founder tried any of these products?

Yes! They have worn & tested every piece of clothing or item on this site to ensure quality and fit.

⇒You truly don't mind if we order directly from your brands?

Not at all. We wanted to raise awareness of these brands, and we expect this. Frankly, the supply chain is a mess right now. Your money is well spent, either way.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

⇒What's the return policy?

Products must be returned within 30 days of sale for a full refund, no questions asked. We are happy to repair or replace any damaged goods, shipping is included. To process a return, please contact us at support@ghthreads.com. Its that simple.

Garments must be unworn, unstained, & in an unwashed condition to be considered for a refund.

⇒Do you process exchanges, including gifts?

Of course! Please contact us at support@ghthreads.com with the order number or purchasers full name (first and last). Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

⇒Where do you ship?

Currently, only the US. If you want us to ship product to Canada, or Mexico, contact us! We are happy to help with these special requests but the demand isn't strong enough to ship consistently to these countries, yet.

SUSTAINABILITY

⇒Aren't you adding to the problem by shipping products across the US?

Phew! We thought you would never ask! The short answer is, yes. We want to do our part in helping the environment. This is why we donate 1% to the following foundation: The Ocean Clean Up

We also use recyclable packing, and you will notice very little, if anything, is included in the package. We don't see the need to include invoices or additional paperwork for you to recycle.

Thank you for your support!
